A  new e-radio station, Beatng Online, has announced the commencement of a new musical talent hunt show tagged, ‘Rise to Fame’. The show which is scheduled to start this month is aimed at discovering and motivating budding artistes to produce new songs that would rend the airwaves.

The Managing Director of the station, Mr Kupolati Williams, noted that the show would nurture raw talents. He said, “The musical talent show is designed to discover great musical talents and develop them to become well-known celebrities across the world. We are organising this competition in a way that would nurture talents and motivate them to give their best to becoming renowned.”

Williams also stated that the competition had various stages in which contestants would be edged out. “With current realities as regards the COVID-19 pandemic that calls for physical distancing, part of the competition would be virtual. Contestants would also require their teeming fans to vote for them,” he added.

Revealing the prizes that would be won in the competition, Williams noted that the winner would go home with N2m, while the first runner up would get N1m, and the second runner up would get N500,000. The three winners would also be signed to BeatNG Record Label, where they would collaborate with top artistes.
